So as it turns out it did rain today!! And we made fritters too! This time we tried a new recipe and made Spinach Fritters. Man, did they turn out to yummy or what!!!

Ingredients:
Spinach - 1 bunch
Onions - 1 small,
Chickpea flour - 1 cup,
Green Chili - 2/3
Coriander-10-15 leaves,
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Little Red Chilli Powder (if needed)
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method:
Clean Spinach and chop it finely.
Chop the Onions, Green Chili,Coriander finely.
Put Everything in to one big bowl, add Chickpea flour, salt and ginger garlic paste and mix it with little water.Don't put too much of water otherwise it will become too watery and will observe too much of oil while frying.
So make it as a thick paste without adding too much of water
Take medium sized dumplings of it and deep fry it in Oil and serve.
Great vegan recipe that takes about 20 min to prepare.
